Discuss Your Requirements
Whether you have a very clear idea of the type of musician(s) you’d like, or would like some guidance, we listen carefully to your ideas to make sure we’re clear on what you want to achieve. Discussing the nature of the event, location, audience, desired ambience, special requirements and budget.
Review Your Options
With over 1000 musicians on our books we can propose many different options to suit your requirements and budget, sending audio samples and repertoire lists to help aid your decision.
Confirm and Arrange Payment
We accept payment via bank transfer and card payment. To secure the date / musician(s) we have a range of deposit and balance schedules to suit your needs.
As part of our service we liaise between you and the musicians to finesse all the details of your event – including desired repertoire and dress code (usually smart black attire). We then reconfirm all the details and swap contact details around 10 days before your event. We support our musicians / events 7 days per week so we’re always on hand to help.
On the Day
Musicians are expected to be present at least 25 mins before the start of the performance. They will be wearing smart black attire (unless otherwise requested) and will bring all the equipment they need to perform (string players will require armless chairs).
Musicians require between 5-10 minutes break every hour if they are playing for 2 hours or more.
What happens if my musician is ill and can't make it?
These things do happen very occasionally, that’s life. However, we have over 30 years combined experience in the music industry, which means we have a very large network of musicians all over the country we can call upon.
Can I choose the music they play?
You certainly can! We’ll send you over the musicians’ repertoire list and where applicable, our own in house music library for you to choose from.
Can I request songs that aren't on the list?
For soloists, it’s normally very easy for them to learn a song or download the music from the internet to play from. For ensembles, we may need to get the music written / arranged by our arranger for a small fee. Anything is possible, just let us know!
What will the musician(s) be wearing?
Our musicians will be wearing smart black attire, unless you have other ideas!
How experienced are your musicians?
Very! They are sourced from the UKs top music Conservatoires and Universities. They play hundreds of corporate and private events for us (and others) each year. They know just what it takes for an event to run smoothly!
Will I need to provide any equipment?
Our musicians will be entirely self-sufficient, bringing all the equipment they need to perform. Our string musicians will need armless chairs to sit on.
