Our mission is to make live music more accessible to clients whilst supporting talented musicians during their professional careers.

Our roster of over 1,600 musicians includes graduates from some of the top music colleges and universities around the country. Our national pool of musicians include String Quartets, Jazz Musicians, Harpists, Pianists, Singers and much more.

Meet the Team

Our team is entirely made up of individuals who have strong experience in the music, wedding and events industries, with many still practising musicians themselves.

  • Head Booking Agent

    Our accomplished composer and pianist with over 10 years of professional experience. He's played for King Charles II, Camilla, and accompanied stars like Diana Ross. Ben holds a first-class honours degree in classical composition from Trinity Laban, studying under well known composers such as Errollyn Wallen and John Powell. He has a keen passion for making live music more accessible, and supporting developing artists.

  • Director

    Our drumming maestro with an impressive 30-year career in the industry. From stadiums to clubs, he's toured the world, gracing stages in America, Canada, Japan, and Europe, including iconic festivals like Glastonbury, T in the Park, V, Reading and Leeds, SXSW and Montreux Jazz Festival. Known for his groovy beats playing as part of the band Mohair, he can be found today rocking away with his function band ‘The Bears’.

    The visionary founder of our agency. Establishing Music Students for Hire in 2010 during his student days in Manchester, Robin's expertise extends beyond music to founding weddingplanner.co.uk, a thriving online platform simplifying wedding planning for couples. With a passion for music as a viola player, and years of experience in the wedding industry, he's earned the affectionate title of 'Mr. Wedding Planner'.

  • Creative Lead

    Our seasoned wedding industry expert. With 7 years dedicated to our sister company weddingplanner.co.uk and Music Students for Hire, Lucy has authored numerous wedding advice articles, offering invaluable insights into couples' needs, supplier options, and wedding do's and don'ts. As the creative lead, she oversees design and content for all our brands and proudly serves as the Co-Founder of luxuryweddings.co.uk
